Invest in Debt
For the last 20 years a few people with an interest in private debt investing have meet monthly to talk about and critique possible debt investments by attendees. During that time the real estate market has gone up and come down several times. Members have profited (and lost) in good times and bad.
The consensus is economic conditions during the next few years will create the best profit opportunities of the last 20 years for savvy debt investors. If you know what you are doing, the economic changes will produce profit opportunities everywhere. If you don't know what you are doing you can loose a ton of money.

Members of the group do not offer professional advice at the meetings, but many of them have survived these issues and can provide suggestions that will help you change things. Meetings are usually start at 6:00 PM on the first Wednesday of each month. Some of the regular attendees include:
