The February meeting will feature a panel discussion. " How to Buy properties in today's market"
Panel will be Darrel Kirby, Grant Morrison, Jim Bohlken, Doug Ottersberg.

The panel will entertain any related Real Estate questions.

Coming on April 11 , Stephanie Skaggs will speak to us about creative financing strategies for buying and selling properties.

Meetings start at 6:00 PM on the second Wednesday of each month.  Meetings are informal and you are welcome to bring  your supper.  Coffee, cookies and soft drinks will be available.  There is no charge but contributions toward the refreshments are appreciated.

Are you in one of these situations?

For the last 20 years a few people with an interest in private debt investing have meet monthly to talk about and critique possible debt investments by attendees. During that time the real estate market has gone up and come down several times. Members have profited (and lost) in good times and bad.

Members of the group do not offer professional advice at the meetings, but many of them have survived these issues and can provide suggestions that will help you change things.
